Sellers description:
I am selling this exceptional XJ-S Jag for a friend, he built this car 16 yrs ago, has always been garaged and well taken care of and driven enough (6500 miles since build) to keep it in good shape. The engine is a 71 Chevelle 402 rebuilt and balaned, bored 60 over with a mild cam and rebuilt 700R4 tranny with high performance parts. Complete body was stripped and painted base coat clear coat and custom all leather interior with new headliner. All suspension new or rebuilt and lowered 2" in front and 1 1/2" in the rear with all new or rebuilt brakes and total rebuilt jag rearend, differential, seals and bearings. Custom exhaust system and Ronal wheels and cold air conditioning. Stock gauged replace with custom gauge assembly under dash( oil & temp). I just want to add this, I have known this car for many yrs and the owner who is an car guy and has built many beautiful cars to perfection and buy the way owns a transmission shop (so you will know trans is top of the line) and I wish I had this car and always loved it. The leather interior is high end and the engine is no mickey mouse installation, it sits in there like it came that way. Just to mention he took it to a Jag national show and they told him when he called that it would be display only and when he got there they put it in his class and he took first place. The trophy is in the pics.
This car is an primo driving car and has won many awards including 1st place at an Jag national show in Canada.
