I purchased my 1976 Jaguar XJ-S with 46385 actual miles on September 24, 2007. The car runs great, smooth, and was garage kept. I also keep it inside of a garage and I have done the following. New Air Filters, Brake Pads, Rear Mufflers, New Tires, and topped fluids. The paint was re-done factory red 2-years prior to my purchase. The only problems with the car are minor: Clock is not reliable, gas gauge sticks, Alpine radio vs. original, and AC clutch froze due to lack of use (Removed clutch).

My Jaguar can been seen at the following lnik.

January I registered my Jaguar with DMV as a Special Vehicle and received a permenant Historic/Classic lic plate. No tags required, no DEQ, and no visit to DMV every two years.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
