This car comes to us from a collection in Naples, Florida. The previous owner took meticulous care of it and provided us with the records to show all of the work that had been done. At Pedigree, we are always looking for this finest examples of any of the cars we carry. When we learned of this car, we quickly went to inspect it. We were delighted to see a car that looked as good in person as it did in photos. We were equally impressed that everything in the car worked, and worked as it should. So many of these cars need endless amounts of work. This one has been cared for properly and the results show. The previous owners were not bashful in their care for this XJS. All of the documentation we have been provided with has been scanned and can be emailed to prospective buyers upon request. We also have a clean Car Fax that will accompany the service history.

We have now spent some time with our XJS and are very proud of it. The V12 fires up instantly and provides wonderfully smooth power. Every function in the car works and the air conditioning is ice cold. In fact, its one of the coldest ACs we have experienced in a XJS. Every gauge functions correctly so the driver can monitor the massive V12. When on the open road, this cat wants to run. Its in its element on the highway where you can really feel the torque of the V12. Its amazing how these older Jaguars feel when they are set up correctly.

Upon inspection of the body, we feel this XJS has all original paint. It absolutely gleams and the Black with Doeskin color combination is rare and stunning. All the chrome is excellent and has no excuses. The convertible top and headliner are perfect. They look close to new. New tires have put on less than 1000 miles ago and were installed in May 2014. As expected the alloy wheels are perfect.

Inside the wood, leather, and carpets are all as impressive as one would inspect of a car of this quality. Although not new, this XJS does not look, feel, or present as a 25-year-old car. All of the belts and fluids have just been changed making this turnkey XJS ready to be driven and enjoyed.
