This Celebration Edition XJS is here on consignment from a local retiree. He was a Jaguar mechanic who spent much of his career working at authorized Jaguar dealerships in their service departments. He is very experienced with these XJS's.
A customer of his offered the car to him for sale when he was working at the Jaguar dealership in Orlando. He was very familiar with this XJS because that owner was meticulous about maintenance at the dealership. This mechanic therefore bought it, as the 6-cylinder XJS was his favorite of all the Jaguars.
The car had 69,806 miles on it when he purchased the car in August of 2007. Immediately he started entering the car in Jaguar Club JCNA shows and events. The car won several trophies.
