Ebay item 4/1/22
www.ebay.com/itm/403576338713
Car has a buy it now price of $12,900 for 29 days, seller chiplamb, 77k miles.

Seller's description:
SERVICE CLIENT SPECIAL from JFrazar Sports Car Services, Savannah, GA
We purchased this XJS from one client who owned it since the mid-1990s and more recently sold it to another, it's just come back in for resale. This was her daily driver around and beyond Savannah, GA. Maintained by us to include routine servicing for both prior owners. Always in the Hilton Head/Savannah area, so no rust - ever!

Car has prior paint (hood, bumpers) on our acquisition some years ago and has picked up a few small scratches, dings and other light damage commensurate with age and use. Top is slightly threadbare, it is the original, but it does not leak.
Interior is very lovely, everything works to include cold AC, windows, top et.c. though some switches are loose in the center console and the trip computer display has some LCD issues. Odometer was changed, a note of the mileage at the change is indicated by a sticker on the steering column.
I drove the car at city and highway speeds a few days ago at some length, this is a very pleasant-driving car; effortless highway cruiser and still pleasant around town. A wonderful beach cruiser for Savannah or wherever you live!
We service what we sell, local buyers encouraged, we'd love to continue keeping this up for many more miles to come. We just solved a fuel filler neck breather leak which was causing a fuel smell with the top down (yuck!).
Many more miles ahead for this XJS Cabriolet, Jaguar's finest AJ40 engine was in many sedans and these cars and are known for going a quarter-million miles with maintenance. Transmission, brakes, suspension and steering all behaving as they should. Car sat at idle in the heat during the photo shoot with the air conditioning on and did not go beyond the N on the gauge
Tires are older, they still have life left but are nearing time for replacement. Happy to fit a new set or Michelins, Falkens et.c. if you prefer prior to delivery.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
