This 1992 Jaguar XJS shows 78k miles and was acquired by the selling dealer in 2018. It is finished in Glacier White over a Barley leather interior and is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. The car is equipped with 15″ basketweave wheels as well as power-adjustable seats and air conditioning. This XJS is now offered by the selling dealer at no reserve with factory literature, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title.
The body was reportedly repainted in Glacier White (NDP) in 2019 due to the clear coat fading. Exterior features include brightwork accents and wraparound taillights.
Factory 15” basketweave wheels wear Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires. A covered spare tire is present in the trunk.
The interior is trimmed in Barley leather with matching carpets. It features burl wood accents on the dash, doors, and center console. Cabin amenities include power-adjustable heated front seats, power windows, air conditioning, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, and an Alpine CD changer mounted in the trunk. Cracks are noted in the burl wood trim.
Instrumentation set behind the black leather-wrapped steering wheel consists of a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The six-digit odometer shows just under 78k miles, approximately 25 of which were added by the selling dealer.
The 5.3-liter V12 sends power to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. Service performed in 2017 reportedly included repairing the catalytic converter, the vacuum hoses, and the spark plugs. The selling dealer replaced the battery in September 2019. Two air intakes are said to have been added during previous ownership, and the factory airboxes are included in the sale.
The March 2020 Carfax report shows history in New Mexico and Arizona and lists no accidents or other damage between November 1996 and September 2019.
