Beautifull '90 XJ-S convertible. Private puchase from friend in 8/06. He purchased from Jaguar Cleveland in 12/96. Black exterior, Black hood and Tan interior. 5.3 V12 of course. Very minor dent repaired 1/07. Mechanical punch list completed by expert independent Jaguar tech 10/06 to make all systems function in proper fashion. Nearly 100K miles but ran and showed great. Well maintained throughout its life. Sadly involved in a crash on 3/4/07. Other driver's fault and was cited as such. Insurance company declared it a total loss 3/12/07. car is very repairable. Damage limited to right front. Rest of car great. $'s don't work for insurance company, so the total. Will sell at auction and someone will repair and have a great car for little $. Unfortunately with a salvage title. I'm shopping for another.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
