This car was purchased from Transworld Motor Company in St. Louis through eBay in October of 2006. Though the car was in very good original condition with only a little over 55,000 miles on the clock it was also obvious that it had sat unused for quite a spell.

With just a little work, new tires, a bit of leather conditioner and an occasional drive, the Jag has come back to life in fine style.

Last year my wife didn't give a hoot about this car but now she looks forward to every drive we take. We do get our share of looks. It's good to own a Jag!

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
