Ebay item 10/11/15 www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-XJS-XJS-/291581428813
Current bid US $1,963 reserve not met 9 bids 1 day left in auction. 117k miles, seller austhawo
Sellers description:
Hello, I am selling my 1985 Jaguar XJS. It's a great car, it is the popular Chevy 5.7L 350 conversion. Which rids the car of the pesky, underpowered 5.3L V12. Due to this it is very easy to find parts for the engine and is far more reliable plus it has more power, and has many more options to do any upgrades. The conversion was professionally done by a shop in Texas. I got the car like this and did not have it done myself. Since the car has been in my possession I have changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires, and the distributor cap. The engine is not set up for racing by any means, it is set up for economy purposes, with how it is currently tuned I average around 19 miles per gallon, which is not bad for an old car. I don't race it, I just use it to get me where I need to go, the car has not let me down the bit I have driven it. We charged the ac at the start of summer, then no one really drove it until about last month and all the freon was lost. Within the last week the oil has been changed, I put two new tires on the front (backs are fine) and put a new headliner in. Also the onboard computer is finicky and works sometimes, I don't know how to use the cruise control so I just don't mess with it.
Pro's:

Con's:
