Weather stripping is old and cracked from the dry climate. It rests indoors in a garage at all times so the paint is in great shape. The car is in Tucson, Arizona in a rust-free, no humidity climate.
The car is owned by a very old man that bought the car but was unable to drive it. It has been off the road for 8 months, but starts up just fine... and runs great. AC works. Low miles. Very excellent condition vehicle.
