Sellers description:
1988 Jaguar XJS is an excellent choice for someone who wants to enjoy ownership at a reasonable cost. The V12 is without a doubt one of the best engines ever built by Jaguar (or by any builder for that matter). It's a rugged and reliable engine capable of high mileage with very little problems. The car handles smoothly and is incredibly comfortable to drive. It is perfect for sunny days where you want to put the top down and enjoy the weather. All-power everything too! It is in excellent & well-maintained condition inside and out. What an absolute find and beauty here folks! Must see and drive to appreciate it!

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
