Car to be at auction 7/12
www.coys.co.uk/auction.php

Auction description:
Lot 160 - 1992 Jaguar XJS V12
Estimate: £3,000 - £5,000
Registration Number: K233 PHG
Chassis Number: SAJJNAEW3EP184991

Finished in Silver Blue with a Magnolia hide interior, this fine specimen was first registered on 1st September 1992 and is described as being very tidy overall with the body, chassis, interior and paint described as excellent. A testament to the car's condition is that it was accepted into some concours events. Recently work included the removal of the cylinder heads which were overhauled and converted to lead free fuel.

Accompanying the car is a substantial history file containing a V5 registration document and many expired MoT certificates, and a new MoT will be supplied prior to the sale.

The model is regarded by some as the ultimate incarnation of the XJS, and is fast becoming a very collectible car.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
