The convertible brought in was registered in October 1993 to a certain Mr. Anton Schlecker in Ehingen - the connection to the supermarket chain based there is obvious. Mr. Schlecker covered 50t km in the first 3 years, as the service book confirms.
The consignor acquired the Jaguar in 2004 and initially used it in Stuttgart before moving it to Austria in 2006 and licensing it individually. In the course of this, small body repair work was carried out in a workshop in Salzburg. The service booklet is filled out to the end and the odometer shows 143t km. The XJ-S still shows its first coat of paint and is ready for immediate use.
