The Interior

This XJS V12 is a grand place to be inside, the blue leather seating and carpets give a sense of grandeur, with the walnut veneer and steering wheel adding even more class to this open top GT. Seats are in good order as are interior carpets, inside the cabin and boot areas. 

The electric operated roof opens and closes smoothly and comes with a matching blue tonneau cover which again is in very good condition. The boot area incorporates a spare wheel which is in good condition and also a tool kit. All door cards are clean and show no signs of wear, the electric seat controls work on both sides faultlessly. 

The original Jaguar stereo unit is operational and comes with original radio code and manuals. 

The Exterior

Pirelli tyres all round 

The XJS has the perfect combination of the silver bodywork contrasting with the navy blue convertible hood, set off with the five spoke alloy wheels and wrapped in Pirelli tyres with good tread is a sign that this car has been cared for by the current owner. 

The cars condition is in very good order, only signs that we can see of note are on the off side rear quarter above the rear light where a pin dent is visible, and also under the off side front splitter which has a crack in it, only visible from low down.

The convertible is clean and we have seen it working perfectly, wit the matching tonneau cover in good order as well. 

The Mechanics

V12 5.3 litre 

Manual gearbox

Fitted with that sonorous V12 engine the cars been made even more perfect by the installation of a five speed gearbox which was fitted by Jaguar specialists Simply Performance Limited in 2021. The stamped service book and a record of receipts shows the care and attention that the previous owners have had for this car. 

The MOT expires in January 2023 and comes with a record of past records as well to back up the mileage and history.
