Car listed for sale June 06, 2011 on Gumtree.com website in Glasgow, Scotland: "Asking GBP 4,750 with 66,455 miles, I have for sale my XJS Cab it has only done 66,455 miles from new. Have MOTs dating back 15yrs. The car is not mint but its not far away. Good tyre's, body work very good, interior very good too."
Again found For Sale August 21, 2011 on eBay UK, same seller, 66,455 miles, and has a starting bid of GPB 2,000.
And again January 10, 2012 on classiccarsforsale.co.uk
"This is a totally Original car, Regent grey, with Grey leather interior. Has 68,000 miles, and lots of past MOTs to verify. Very strong engine with good oil pressure, no overheating, gearbox smooth with good kickdown. Lots of paperwork and previous bills, MOT til April 2012, tax till end of December. It comes with the usual electric gremlins, windows, cruise, air con, just been on a trip to Scotland and averaged 21 mpg. Roof in very good condition with no leaks. I bought the car to sort out for next summer, but my circumstances have changed. Asking UKL 3,000. Ex Alexander Harvey of Scotland.
It is believed the car went to Italy from the UK now in Malta.
