December 22, 2012 on Pistonheads.com UK website. Asking UKL 4,500 with 142,000 miles. Listing says "JAGUAR XJ-SC 1985. Rare early XJS Cabriolet - in very good mechanical condition. 3.6 engine and manual gearbox. Mileage 142,000. Lots of history – Heritage Certificate. Body fully proofed including, cavities and box sections – by Before ‘n’ After – proved very successful. Much loved – summer use only. Kept in dry, warm winter storage. Currently on ‘lattice’ wheels; original ‘starfish’ wheels included. Original radio and toolkit. Lots of spares. Interesting number (C24 MTV). Bought as continental tourer and regularly used abroad. Spent two trouble-free months in France this summer. Would benefit from some light, bodywork, cosmetic and trim repairs. Reason for sale – proposed loss of garaging facility. A very nice, honest car – great value. MOT to June 2013".
