Sellers descriptioin:
Rarely available Jaguar XJ-SC Cabriolet 3.6 litre, 5-speed manual transmission. Supplied new by PJ Evans Jaguar (Birmingham) and first registered on 25 April 1984. The car has been in my ownership since 22 May 2004, having been purchased from a member of the Jaguar Driver's Club.
Finished in Sage Green with Doeskin interior. 77,300 miles covered with light use in the last 10 years (the vehicle was in storage from June 2009 to August 2017). The car is MOT'd until 2 August 2018 with no advisories.
MOT history covering the period under storage: 3 August 2017 (77,240 miles), 15 August 2014 (77,187 miles), 20 August 2013 (77,186 miles) and 26 May 2009 (77,101 miles).
In its life the car has undergone a full respray (with photographic evidence of the process), the wheels have been refurbished (shot-blasted and powder-coated), a stainless steel exhaust has been fitted, the front seats re-connolised and the removable front two targa panels re-lined. The interior is in exceptional condition and the bodywork presents well.
Supplied with original service book, owners handbook and Clarion radio owner's guide, official Production Record Trace Certificate from Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust, historic MOT certificates and photographic evidence of restorative work carried out. A competitively priced piece of British automotive history that looks and drives well.
